Warranties are stated on the website for all vehicles on the specific product page.

All our items are listed with a Manufacturer’s Parts Only Warranty. This means that if there is a fault with the product and you report the fault to us within the time frame of the warranty, we will assess the issues with you and send either parts or arrange the return of the item for repair.

Warranties do not cover any modifications, whether minor or major or damage caused by the use of noncertified accessories, including battery charges and related electrical spares not supplied by Shropshire Pit Bikes Ltd and specifically designed for the product, water ingress, user error, misuse, breakages, wear and tear of items, accidental damage or broken parts which may have been caused by the owner / rider.

Modifications of the vehicle are strictly prohibited and will void any and all warranties related to the product and may render the product unsafe and unfit for use.

Pit bike

Manufacturers provides a 30 day parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase. If your bike has been supplied in a crate, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure a qualified motorcycle mechanic puts your bike together correctly. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty supplied with your bike To claim for warranty, you will need a copy of the bike PDI.

Quad

Manufacturers provides a 1 month’s parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase. If your quad has been supplied in a crate, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure a qualified mechanic puts your bike together correctly. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty supplied with your bike To claim for warranty, you will need a copy of the quad PDI. TGB Quad bikes come with a manufacturers limited 5 year warranty. SMC Quad bikes come with a 2 year limited warranty.

Exclusions

Excluded from the warranty are, installation of parts not of Shropshire Pit Bikes Ltd, accident, crash or collision damage, any modifications to original parts, improper maintenance, improper assembly (if not carried out by Shropshire Pit Bikes Ltd or improper transportation. Improper use i.e. Pit bikes are not designed for use on designated motocross, minibike or BMX tracks and therefore failure of components as a result are not covered in any warranty supplied or otherwise implied.

Owners responsibility

The owner is required, to qualify for this warranty, to operate and maintain his/her pit bike according to the guidelines specified in the owner’s manual & PDI sheet (including service schedules), to return the pit bike to an authorised dealer should any warranty issue arise along with proof of purchase and Proof of PDI by a qualified motorcycle Technician.

Limited liability

MH ATV LTD, offers no other warranty of any kind, whether it be expressed or implied. The consumer assumes all risks when on, near, or around Quad and pit bikes. Also excluded from this warranty is any incidental or consequential damages including loss of use. You agree to this warranty when you make a purchase of a Pit Bike from Shropshire Pit Bikes Ltd.

Returns

We accept returns for up to 14 days should you decide you do not want your item & it must be returned unopened, fitted or used in any original packaging. We must be informed of damaged items immediately. If there is damage to any returned parts in transit or if the value of item has been reduced as a result of over handling (for example more than you would in a shop) you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs. Please ensure you package it well & send it back recorded delivery. Please keep any proof of postage.

Right to refund

We strive to ensure that all pricing and product information is accurate across our platforms. However, in the event of any stock or pricing errors, marketing inaccuracies, or incorrect advertisements made by third parties, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders affected by such errors. We are not liable for any third-party advertisements or listings that display incorrect pricing or product information.
