DELIVERY & RETURNS

• We ship on business days; Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.

• The average shipping time is 3-5 working days from the day you order.

• Orders received after 12pm will not be processed until the following working day.

• If you’re ordering one of our award-winning pit bikes or ATVs, you will need to arrange a time to be in to receive your order. For your peace of mind and the safety of your order, these items will be delivered safely and securely on a pallet.

• Our dedicated courier will contact you to arrange the best delivery date with you

• Delivery is curb side only.

• Please ensure that the best and up-to-date telephone number has been provided on your order.

• Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders in the time frame stated here, or elsewhere on our site, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.

• Our friendly team will contact you if they have any questions regarding your delivery.

Shipping is calculated in the cart and for the majority of regions is free! 

We may need to contact you for additional shipping fees for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, remote areas and islands.

These fees are payable before the items are shipped and should you not wish to pay them, you can cancel your order free of charge and upon your request. TGB quad bikes are collection only, however shipping can be arranged but please contact us for a quote.

We accept returns for up to 14 days should you decide you do not want your item & it must be returned unopened, fitted or used in any original packaging. We must be informed of damaged items immediately. If there is damage to any returned parts in transit or if the value of item has been reduced as a result of over handling (for example more than you would in a shop) you may be liable for a deduction in the refund to cover our costs. Please ensure you package it well & send it back recorded delivery. Please keep any proof of postage. Before returning any item please make sure to contact us first for details on how to proceed.

Pit Bikes come with a 30 day parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase. If your bike has been supplied in a crate, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure a qualified motorcycle mechanic puts your bike together correctly. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty supplied with your bike To claim for warranty, you will need a copy of the bike PDI.

Petrol ATVs come a 1 year’s parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase unless stated differently on the individual product page. Electric ATVs come with a 30 day parts only warranty period from date of original retail purchase. If your quad has been supplied in a crate, it is entirely your responsibility to ensure a qualified mechanic puts your bike together correctly. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty supplied with your bike To claim for warranty, you will need a copy of the quad PDI.

We offer a full assembly and PDI service for £99 to ensure your bike meets not only the requirements for warranty but also to ensure your bike is in perfect condition and ready to ride.

The owner is required, to qualify for this warranty, to operate and maintain his/her pit bike according to the guidelines specified in the owner’s manual & PDI sheet (including service schedules), to return the pit bike to an authorised dealer should any warranty issue arise along with proof of purchase and Proof of PDI by a qualified Technician.
